Tips for Your Call

Find a Private, Quiet Spot

Because some of these topics can feel sensitive, you may prefer a bit more privacy and a quiet space where you can speak comfortably and openly.

Come Ready with Questions

We encourage you to write down your top questions and concerns (e.g., changes you’re noticing in your loved one) before the call to ensure the conversation is as helpful as possible.

Have Insurance Information Ready

If ready to schedule an appointment, you will need the patient's insurance information, their date of birth, and their full home address. We are currently accepting new patients in VA, MD, DC, and TX.

Ready to schedule your introductory call?

If you’ve already scheduled, we look forward to speaking with you soon.
